'Arclinea Espacio cocina en vivo' sponsors the 1st Women’s Golf Sant Cugat Tournament

The 1st edition of the Women’s Golf Sant Cugat Tournament took place on last 20 April, at the emblematical Barcelona golf club. The event was completed with a show cooking performance offered at the village by Arclinea kitchens’ ‘Espacio cocina en vivo’ (live cooking space), set up in front of the clubhouse pool.
Also envolved in the event were the kitchen appliances’ brands, Wolf and Sub-Zero, as well as Sandro Dessi pastas, Parxet cavas and Kettal outdoor furnishings.
The tournament was blessed with pleasant weather and it enjoyed great success among the female audience including a total of 120 inscriptions. Organisers Master&Open once again proved their expertise under the direction of Jordi Cererols and Álvaro Durán, which shall most likely ensure the continuity of the event in future editions.
Various prizes were shared out among the winning players, courtesy of the sponsoring brands. The prize giving took place at the village set up in the clubhouse gardens, comfortably equipped with Patricia Urquiola’s latest outdoor furniture designs for Kettal. The participants enjoyed the prize giving ceremony while indulging in the dishes prepared by chef Pau Eche, made with Sandro Dessi pasta, at the improvised kitchen corner set up by ‘Arclinea Espacio cocina en vivo’. The prestigious Italian firm of kitchen furnishings designed by Antonio Citterio, whom has recently opened a showroom in Barcelona, performed the show cooking demonstration using its famous Artusi isle, conveniently equipped with a Wolf cooktop and a Sub-Zero refrigerator to perfectly conserve Parxet’s cavas.
Parxet not only offered its excellent range of cavas as a gastronomic match with the food but it also awarded the player with the longest drive with one of its extra-large Parxet Jeroboam 3L bottles, together with another which was given away at the traditional raffle. Each prize was handed out by Noemí de la Peña and Ramón Raventós.
To finish, the star-prize handed out by courtsey of Arclinea, this time by interior designer Sergi Quílez, consisted of a private dinner for 12 persons, worth € 1,200, to take place at the new live cooking, Arclinea space in Barcelona. |
